Common questions
Do you pick me up from home?
Yes. Every lesson includes pickup from your nominated address and drop off back home. You just need to be ready at the agreed time.
What areas do you cover?
We cover the full Sunshine Coast including Maroochydore, Caloundra, Mooloolaba, Buderim, Noosa Heads, Kawana Waters, Sippy Downs, Coolum Beach, Nambour, and all surrounding suburbs.
Can I choose my instructor?
Yes. You select your instructor during booking. Each instructor has their own availability and specialities.
What if I need to cancel?
Please contact us at hello@onsiter.com.au at least 24 hours before your lesson. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a globally trusted payment platform. We never store your card details.
